The PC93 and 94 series from T-Global are non-silicone based thermal interface products.  Each member of the series has been developed to solve specific industrial problems for thermal management. All the products in the series are available in standard sheets, as custom cut die-cuts, and on rolls, and can be supplied with an adhesive applied to either one or both sides.  This increases the ease of use for the manufacturer but is not considered to be a structural adhesive. PC93 has a thermal conductivity of 2 W/m-k, and offers an excellent combination of performance, economics, and form factor. It is formulated from a non-silicone resin which makes the product acceptable for applications where the presence of silicone oils could be detrimental to performance. For more demanding applications, PC94  is a non-silicone based thermal interface material from T-Global which has a thermal conductivity of 4 W/m-k.
