Non-silicone based materials are used for critical applications where the out-gassing of silicone could be an issue. This includes electronics which use optical devices, products with hard-drives, and certain critical automotive devices. These materials are generally harder and have a lower working temperature than silicone based products. This is one small inherent limitation of the product. T-Global can provide comprehensive data on these products, for example when showing where excellent stability and long service life time, more information and reports can be provided for these characteristics. Lastly, in addition to having the thermal properties often issues such as vibration can be solved with the use of the T-Global materials.
