The IMD-3000 works between the transmit frequencies 24.150 to 24.250 GHz and is a CW-radar modulated sensor. ETSI and FCC approvals are available, but the bandwidth offers worldwide usage. With a height of 6.9 mm, a length of 25 mm, and a width of 20 mm, the small outlines allow easy integration in already-existing facilities. The detection range can be individually configured by a potentiometer on-site between 5 - 15 cm. The operating and storage temperature reaches from -40 to +85°C. For flexible integration, the radar system offers a supply voltage between 4 to 30 V. The IMD-3000 is also energy-saving and only needs a supply current of 18 mA @ 12 V or 12 mA @ 18 V. The processing unit outputs the trigger impulse via open collector.
