VSSR Series Slide 3

VSSR networks are fabricated on a silicon substrate using semiconductor processing technology. They are available in standard 16, 20, or 24 pin QSOP packages. The RoHS compliant tantalum nitride resistive elements are laser trimmed to maintain consistency and accuracy. These components have a (see note 1) Temperature Coefficient of ± 100 ppm/°C , less than -35 dB noise, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
