Shown on this slide is the Stratum 3 7 x 5 mm manufacturing process. Steps one through twelve are the Crystal assembly process, again a total of twelve stations from quartz blank cleaning to taping. Step ten is the Final Test station, the first 100% test process which confirms compliance to the crystal specification. Steps thirteen through twenty one are the TCXO assembly process, a total of nine stations from IC stub bumping to taping. Step eighteen is the TC Verification station, the second 100% test process which confirms frequency over temperature compliance. Step nineteen is the third 100% test process, confirming compliance to all TCXO specifications.
