The Stratum 3 5 x 3.2 mm TCXO manufacturing flow is shown on this slide. Steps one through 12 is the Crystal assembly process, a total of twelve stations from quartz blank cleaning to taping. Step ten is the Final Test station which is the first 100% test process, to confirm crystal specification compliance. Steps thirteen through twenty are the TCXO assembly process, a total of eight stations from IC stub bump to taping. Step seventeen is the TC Verification station, the second 100% test process, used to confirm frequency over temperature compliance. Step eighteen is the third 100% test process, to confirm all TCXO specification compliance.
