LI-98 double-sided thermal interface tapes provide exceptional bonding properties between electronic components and heat sinks, eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. LI-98 has excellent thermal conductivity, high bond strength, and a high lap shear strength. It is commonly used where attachment and thermal management is necessary. Example applications include mounting heat sinks to components, the attachment of motor control units, and telecom infrastructure components. LI-98 is available in roll format with a thickness of 0.15 and 0.25 mm.
