3M Thermally Conductive Adhesive | DigiKey Daily
3M TC-2810 thermally conductive epoxy adhesive uses boron nitride filler to provide excellent thermal conductivity with high adhesion and low viscosity. It’s ideal for use as the thermal interface between LED assemblies and their heat sinks as it provides higher thermal conductivity, shear strength, and peel strength than available tapes, and it allows for ultra-thin bond lines. This enables designers to keep the LED assembly operating at a lower temperature for the longest life and highest efficiency. The two-part epoxy works with the 3M EPX applicator system for uniform mixing and dispensing of the adhesive.
