The Würth Elektronik portfolio of digital isolators includes the WPME-CDIS and WPME-CDIP series. The WPME-CDIS, or capacitive digital isolator standard, are 2- and 4-channel digital isolators without integrated DC/DC converters, offered in SOIC-8NB and SOIC-16WB packages. These components support data rates up to 150 Mbps. The isolation voltage is 3,750 V_RMS for the 2-channel models and 5,000 V_RMS for the 4-channel models. The WPME-CDIP, or capacitive digital isolator-powered, are 4-channel digital isolators with integrated DC/DC converters, offered in an SOIC-16WB package. The WPME-CDIP support data rates up to 100 Mbps. The integrated isolated DC/DC converter delivers up to 650 mW of isolated power at an output voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V with an isolation voltage of 5,000 V_RMS. The components show excellent EMC performance, adhering to the requirements stated in the EN55032 Class B/CISPR-32 standard.
