PAT Series Slide 2

Vishay Thin Film PATs are discrete precision resistors that are available in eight case sizes. They cover a resistance range of 10 ohms to 3M ohm with tolerances to 0.1% and operate at temperatures to 150˚C.  The PAT series product is ROHS compliant and terminations are lead free. The resistor feature a tantalum nitride film which on its own is highly moisture resistant compared to Nichrome film resistor chips. In addition they have a silicon nitride layer added to the part post trimming to enhance the moisture and improve the ESD rating to 2KV.
