The LI series of thermally conductive adhesives tapes from T-Global are highly conductive adhesive tapes that can be used for attachment of heatsinks and other components when thermal management is also a requirement. The Li-98 series are thermal conducting, electrical isolating double sided adhesive films. They have an excellent permanent adhesive strength with high thermal conductivities and very good insulation characteristics. Low thermal contact resistances can be achieved with a very reliable adhesive strength on different surfaces. There are no mechanical fixations with clips, screws or rivets needed. Due to the inherent product softness, tolerances can be compensated very well. Light weight, easy handling and high elasticity are further advantages. The LI series of tapes are proven to offer excellent reliability when exposed to thermal, mechanical, and environmental conditioning.
