Manganin resistive elements are pressed into machined slots in the brass terminal blocks and fixed into place with RoHS compliant solder. The terminal blocks are fastened to the molded base with brass machine screws. An epoxy is applied over the head of these screws to ensure they remain tight and to provide for additional dielectric withstanding voltage. Finally, the brass hardware is installed, completing the assembly.
