This slide overviews the various types of fiber terminations from push locks to bayonet and even screw lock. The most common type of fiber connection in the industrial space is a ferrule style or ‘LC’ type. As there are many different types of fiber termination styles, the style of the device that is being connected to and from will need to be verified so that the right fiber termination is chosen.
