The NorComp SEAL-D™ connector system relies on the three key components shown here: a sealed connector, a secondary sealing flange, and a hardware kit that utilizes Teflon washers to ensure a complete seal through the panel. The sealing flanges are available in both removable and permanent configurations while the hardware kits come in several styles to accommodate different panel thicknesses and connector mounting options. Sealing flanges and hardware kits may be replaced by customer designed (application specific) seals and hardware, or through a potting process performed at final device assembly.
