In summary, the Panel Mount with Datamate utilizes a proprietary fixing structure as well as incorporating internal screw fixings for mating purposes. These connectors also feature extensions to each end which allow a second hole to be accommodated for panel attachment. All of Harwin’s rear panel designs are compatible with the company’s existing mating cable connector portfolio. Because of this, there is provision to retrofit them into legacy deployments. It also means that no further design work is required to replace existing external cable harness. Not all connector variations will be stocked, some will be made-to-order – please check availability in advance of the needed production requirements. Harwin supplies some full cable assemblies as standard, but they can also manufacture a wide range of cable assemblies to order, including braided, labelled, twisted pairs, and a variety of wire insulation colors.
