Ohmite TEH140 Series Power Resistors | DigiKey Daily
Ohmite offers their TEH140 Series of power resistors. Ideal for high-frequency and pulse-loading applications, the TEH140 series is a wholly encapsulated and insulated TO-247 package resistor. Its thick film construction allows for non-inductive, high-frequency, and pulsing application consideration. This series offers a broad 10 milliohm to 510 kiloohm resistance range. Additionally, the series has an excellent cooling capability due to its small 0.9 degrees Celsius-per-Watt of heat resistance between resistor and flange. When mounted to a proper heatsink, this power resistor series is rated at 140 watts.
