Harwin M225 Series Connectors | DigiKey Daily

Harwin offers their M225 connector series, which is a 2.00 millimeter pitch series designed to resist industrial levels of vibration and shock. This cable-to-board, double row design mates a through-board PCB male connector to a choice of crimp contacts, accommodating 22 to 28 gauge wires on the female connector. To meet higher requirements of vibration, shock, and acceleration for industrial products, the contact style utilizes three contact surfaces touching the male mating contact. This contact design allows for 3.3 amps per contact in isolation and 3.0 amps on all contacts simultaneously. Added security is optionally provided with a connector-locking mechanism fitted to the female housing. Applications include factory and mobile machinery, control panels and subsystems, robotics and automation, and more.
