The product focus of this presentation is the radio modules that are based on frequency hopping spread spectrum technology, otherwise known commonly as FHSS modules. These are sometimes referred to as “Hoppers”. The discussion will be on two broad families, namely the WIT family which are generally high performance radio modules and the DNT family of products which are typically lower cost, long range and multi-functional RF modules. Both the WIT and DNT product families operate in the 900 MHz and the 2.4 GHz frequency ranges, providing a broad set of options to select radio modules for an application.
