Cicoil Hi-Flex Unshielded Flexx-Sil™ Jacketed Multi-conductor Cable’s proprietary extrusion process allows multiple conductors to be placed in a flat cable, precisely controlling the spacing of the wires, the jacket thickness and the overall cable shape. The flat construction allows for stacking multiple cables where space is at a premium. In addition, the highly flexible cable does not require external “armor” for protection, is resistant to tearing, and will not deform, break or wear during a lifetime of more than 10 million cycles, even under tight bending radius and constant flexing conditions. The ultra-durable Flexx-Sil™ compound is "self-healing" from small punctures and cable jacket damage can easily be repaired in the field ensuring continued service life.
