Whizz Systems is a Silicon Valley–based electronics design and manufacturing partner providing end-to-end product development services, from concept and engineering to rapid prototyping and scalable production. With over 25 years of experience developing complex electronic systems, we support customers across industries including AI compute, Robotics, networking, medical devices, industrial systems, and telecommunications.

Our multidisciplinary engineering teams specialize in system architecture, high-speed PCB design, FPGA development, signal and power integrity analysis, mechanical design, and firmware/software integration. We also provide component sourcing and BOM engineering expertise, helping customers select the right components, manage lifecycle risks, and optimize supply chain strategies.

Whizz Systems is recognized for its quick-turn prototyping and New Product Introduction (NPI) capabilities, enabling customers to rapidly validate designs through fast engineering builds and functional prototypes.

In addition, our manufacturing facility in Malaysia supports cost-optimized production and higher-volume builds while maintaining the same quality and engineering oversight.

While we can manage the entire development process, we remain flexible and can engage with customers at any stage of the product lifecycle.
