THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minnesota, USA - 10 décembre 2010
Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation and ThinkGeek are co-sponsoring the WIRED Store GeekDad Family Day from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11 at the WIRED Store in New York City, New York.
During GeekDad Family Day, kids and adults can participate in projects and fun activities meant to inspire them to be 'do-it-yourselfers.'
Additionally, the Parallax, Inc. Boe-Bot® Robot Kit (Digi-Key 28132-ND) distributed by Digi-Key is available for purchase at the WIRED Store. This kit is an accessible do-it-yourself project for someone with no previous experience. While it takes one to two hours to assemble the Boe-Bot Robot, the Robotics text included in the kit allows you to complete several different projects to enhance the end product.
