LTM9001-Slide3

The LTM9001 utilizes system-in-package technology to integrate a 16-bit, high-speed ADC, a fixed gain amplifier and all of the associated passive components for filtering and bypassing so that no external components are required. Different configurations are available with band-pass filters for intermediate frequency or “IF” applications as well as low-pass filter versions for baseband applications. The µModule® package is 11.25mm on a side and has a land grid array of pads.
