There are five three-phase evaluation boards: one for the internal current rail package, one with PCB external current rail, and three for the external bus bar. Two programmers are available; a non-productive programmer developed in-house and a productive programmer developed and supported by Infineon's partner CGS. A public online simulation tool can be found at Infineon’s webpage to assist with the design process for external current rails, PCB, or bus bar. Additional information like datasheets and application notes can be found on Infineon’s webpage. For restricted materials, the customer needs to apply for myICP access.
