Covers the Full Spectrum of Memory Solutions

The customer will need different memories for different use models. Virtex® UltraScale+™ covers the full spectrum of memory technologies. Block RAM covers the range in the 10s of megabits. UltraRAM takes embedded memory a big step further, going into the 100s of Mb. It is suitable for deeper buffering than block RAM. With deterministic latency, it is well-suited for SRAM replacement. HBM is at the multi-gigaByte level. It smashes the ceiling in bandwidth and is one of the lowest power per bit solutions available. External memory serves the purpose of greater memory depth and capacity. The 2,666 Mb/s DDR4 is supported in the mid-speed grade of the Virtex UltraScale+ devices.
