The Cordless Kitchen Project of WPC is targeting to set a standard (like Qi for smartphones) for kitchen appliances (independent of the manufacturer) to create a comfortable and easy environment in the kitchen without any cords and wall sockets supporting energy levels up to 2.4kW. On all yellow spots the user can work with any heating (e.g. kettle) or motor (e.g. blender) driven appliances.
