The CU-Varistor type CU4032 telecom series uses the equivalent of a 7 mm diameter disk encased in a compact surface mount package compatible with reflow soldering. Applications for the CU4032 series include line cards in switching exchange systems, terminal devices such as telephones, fax machines, and cable modems including xDSL, PBX, & DECT lines.
