Looking at a higher input voltage POL conversion, shown here, the engineer can see the efficiency of a converter running at 500kHz with the 60V EPC2101. The 60V half-bridge eGaN IC can convert much higher bus voltages, such as 28V and 42V directly to 1V efficiently.
