General Purpose Power MOSFETs | Datasheet Preview

As the name implies, this series of OptiMOS™ and StrongIRFET™ power MOSFETs include several voltage lines up to 40V. They are offered in a variety of available packages including SuperSO8, DPAK, PQFN, and TO-220, allowing for design flexibility. Because of their low RDS(ON) values, these FETs can result in reduced power losses, which may allow for increasing system performance and efficiency. Other benefits include a convenient selection and purchasing process when using the cross-reference tool and MOSFET finder, and ease of design thanks to the online design tools and simulation models. Applications include switched-mode power supplies, battery powered applications, motor control and drives, mobile applications and many many more.
