NTCALUG03A/LUG39A Mini-Lug Temperature Sensors

Vishay's NTCALUG03A/LUG39A mini-lug NTC sensors provide fast and accurate measurements over a wide temperature range from -40°C to + 125°C. In addition to the small diameter, the mini-lug sensors feature a tiny 5.5 mm outer diameter ring tongue that can be mounted with an M2 (stud #1, #2) screw for LUG03A or M3 (stud #3, #4) screw for LUG39A. These small dimensions, when combined with the silver-plated nickel conductors, result in a low thermal gradient of less than 5% of ΔT for extremely accurate surface-temperature measurements in space-limited applications. The mini-lug sensors have insulated 32 AWG silver-plated nickel leads with a standard lead length of 70 mm and an off-the-shelf option for a 1.5 mm pitch ZHR-2 connector. These sensors are qualified according to AEC-Q200 and follow industry safety standards with cULus recognition, making them a good fit for applications across all market segments. As with other Vishay lug sensors, the NTCALUG03A/LUG39A also provide the designer with flexibility through electrical and mechanical customization options.
