MZR Series Aluminum Electronic Capacitors
Chemi-Con introduces their MZR series of capacitors for filtering noise and automotive modules
Chemi-Con’s MZR series SMD type aluminum electrolytic capacitors are recommended for smoothing and hold-up for automotive modules, miniature power supplies, board level VRM, and high-performance electronic equipment. The MZR series expands from 8 to 30 different additional c/v values.
Due to the downsizing trend in automotive power modules, including ECUs, higher ripple current capability with super low ESR are the most sought-after characteristics.
The MZR series utilizes an electrolyte and high gain foils along with special construction materials and techniques which allow for a small size, high capacitance, and high ripple current SMD. Operational temperatures from -55°C to +105°C allow this series to enhance any design needed for broad temperature applications, especially frigid environments.
