MINT1150 Series AC/DC Power Supplies

SL POWER / Advanced Energy announces its latest medically-approved high-efficiency MINT1150 AC/DC power supply. Like all of SL POWER / Advanced Energy's high-density open-frame AC/DC medical-grade power supplies, the MINT1150 is approved to the highest safety standards, including EN/IEC/UL60601-1, 3rd edition. The MINT1150 family is ideal for medical devices, home healthcare systems, and laboratory equipment needing a highly reliable and energy-efficient power solution in a small form-factor at an affordable cost.

Measuring only 2” x 4” and less than 1 U (1.3”) high, the MINT1150 is ideal for 1 U-high applications. The compact MINT1150 features an open-frame design and provides 150 W of output power with up to 90 percent efficiency at 240 V_AC. Certified to comply with the isolation requirements for Means of Patient Protection (2 x MOPP), the MINT1150 is suitable for use in both patient vicinity and contact applications where equipment is used near or comes in direct contact with the patient. Applications such as blood pressure monitors or ultrasound equipment fall into this category.

The EMI performance of the MINT1150 family of power supplies meets Class B conducted limits and Class A radiated limits (with 6 db margin). Compliant to EN61000-4-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 11 EMC specifications, the MINT1150 series power supplies will ensure system-level compliance for those applications that need to meet these worldwide specifications. The MINT1150 operates at universal input range of 90 to 264 V_AC with a wide temperature range of -10°C to +70°C, delivering full rated output power up to +50°C. In addition, the series features Power Fail and DC OK signals.
