SKY63101/SKY63102/SKY63103 High-Performance Jitter Attenuators

Skyworks Solutions SKY63101, SKY63102, and SKY63103 are advanced jitter attenuators and clock multipliers designed for next-generation networking, optical transport, and datacenter applications. These devices integrate the sixth-generation DSPLL® and MultiSynth™ technologies with an optional bulk acoustic wave (BAW) oscillator to deliver ultra-low phase jitter (<45 fs typical), ensuring signal integrity for high-speed interfaces such as 112G and 224G SerDes.

Each device offers flexible input/output frequency translation, programmable jitter attenuation bandwidth, and enhanced hitless switching to minimize phase transients during clock source changes. With up to 16 outputs and support for differential and single-ended formats, these solutions simplify timing architectures while maintaining superior performance. Configuration is supported via I²C/SPI and Skyworks ClockBuilder® Pro software, with options for in-circuit programmable non-volatile memory.
