These MOSFETs are part of Nexperia application-specific MOSFETs (ASFETs) for hotswap and soft-start, featuring enhanced safe operating area (SOA) performance. The PSMN2R3-100SSE offers a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 100 V and an ultra-low RDS(ON) of 2.3 mΩ, while the PSMN1R9-80SSE provides a VDS of 80 V and an RDS(ON) of 1.9 mΩ. Both devices are housed in the compact and high-reliability LFPAK88 (SOT1235) package, which ensures excellent thermal performance and robustness. These MOSFETs are ideal for applications such as hot swap, load switch, soft-start, and e-fuse in telecommunication and computing systems based on a 48 V backplane or supply rail. With low conduction losses, high current handling capability, and robust linear mode operation, the PSMN2R3-100SSE and PSMN1R9-80SSE are perfect choices for demanding power management designs.
