QuikXO MQF TCXO Oscillators

Mercury United Electronics’ QuikXO MQF TCXO oscillators are built-to-order and are drop-shipped from southern California in just days, not weeks.

This temperature-compensated crystal oscillator is ideal for applications that require a very accurate ±1.0 PPM frequency stability over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

A low current consumption and a typical integrated phase jitter of 1.5 pS RMS make this oscillator a perfect choice for circuits.

Packages include the miniature 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm (MQF326), plus the popular 5.0 mm x 7.0 mm (MQF574 / MQF576) sizes.

This TCXO oscillator series will operate with a supply voltage of either +2.5 V or +3.3 V and is available with CMOS, PECL, or LVDS Square Wave output logics.

The nominal frequency ranges available are from 10.000 MHz to 250.000 MHz with a CMOS square wave output logic and from 10.000 MHz to 1,500.000 MHz (1.5 GHz) with a PECL or LVDS square wave output logic.

When low current consumption is critical to a design, this QuikXO TCXO is ideal with a current consumption from 24 mA to 34 mA with a CMOS square wave output logic, 36 mA to 52 mA with a PECL square wave output logic, and 22 mA to 36 mA with a LVDS square wave output logic.

These oscillators are also 2011/65 EU RoHS directive compliant.
