Thin-Film Platinum RTD (Pt-RTD) Temperature Sensors – PPG_Jx Series

Littelfuse thin-film Pt-RTD temperature sensors consist of a passivated thin-film platinum element deposited on a ceramic substrate. The primary advantage of the Pt-RTD element type is that it provides a nearly linear relationship between its body temperature and its resistance value over a wide range of operating temperatures. Capable of operating at temperatures as low as -70°C and as high as +500°C. Standard resistance values of 100 Ω, 500 Ω, and 1,000 Ω and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of 3,850 PPM/°C. The excellent long-term stability and near linearity along with their extended temperature capabilities make them a popular choice for a wide variety of applications including industrial, HVAC, and aerospace.
