CrossLink-NX™ Family of Low-Power FPGAs

Lattice Semiconductor's FPGAs support high bandwidth sensor and display interfaces, video processing, and machine learning inferencing

Image of Lattice Semiconductor's CrossLink-NX™ Low-Power FPGA Lattice Semiconductor's CrossLink-NX family is built on the Nexus™ FPGA platform using low-power 28 nm FD-SOI technology. It combines the extreme flexibility of an FPGA with the low power and high reliability (due to extremely low SER) of FD-SOI technology, and it offers small footprint package options. CrossLink-NX supports a variety of interfaces including MIPI D-PHY (CSI-2 and DSI), LVDS, SLVS, sub-LVDS, DDR3, PCI Express® (Gen1 and Gen2), SGMII (gigabit Ethernet), and more.

Features
  • 17,000 to 39,000 logic cells with 24 to 56 18 x18 multipliers
  • Over 2.5 Mb of on-chip RAM
  • MIPI D-PHYs at up to 2.5 Gbps per lane
  • Packaging as small as 4 mm x 4 mm
  • Typical static power starts at <10 mW
