They can withstand vibration up to 20 G in accordance with the demanding requirements of the Automotive Electronics Council’s AEC-Q200 qualification. The capacitance value covers a range from 240 µF to 820 µF and voltage of 400 V to 500 V. Typical applications for these capacitors are mainly in the field of e-mobility, such as on-board chargers, inverters, or wall boxes.
