ADI’s ADF4351 is a wideband phase lock loop (PLL) synthesizer with a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), which allows for both fractional-N and integer-N frequency synthetization. The integrated VCO has frequency output of 2.2 GHz to 4.4 GHz plus it has division by 1-, 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, 32-, and 64-circuits. The device is controlled by a 3-wire interface and requires a voltage range of 3 V to 3.6 V input. The ADF4351 is ideal for wireless technologies of WCDMA, GSM, PCS, DCS, WiMAX, and TD-SCDMA.
