Does Digikey also do Industrial Design, or is it only limited to supplier?

This is perfect.....Now with a CS background and not an EE, I can handle the Computer end and the Programing. Do you have any information on how to go about assembling the camera? IE-tying in the power supply, etc. I believe this would require some architecting and/or schematics, correct?

I'm looking to build out a simple digital camera that utilizes bluetooth to load Pics to a host (computer)....Is there a forum or expertice in building out this solution? I have a CS background, but have little experience with HCI commands (via a UART interface). so is this the only method or is there another way? I'm guessing I will need to connect also with an Elec Eng with RF experience?

Thoughts, contacts, ideas?
