This presentation describes the analog interfaces of the Renesas H8S MCU devices. Almost all of the H8S devices have an on-chip analog-to-digital (A/D) converter and some also have an on-chip digital-to-analog (D/A) converter. This training module provides an overview of the features, block diagrams, registers, and operation of both the A/D and D/A converters as well as the 14-bit PWM circuit.
